    Imposter Syndrome is a psychological phenomenon that affects 70% of women and 50% of men at some stage. It is where you are convinced you’re not good enough, or your success is not deserved, basically you feel like an imposter or a fraud in your position. It’s an incredibly damaging train of thought, particularly as often these beliefs are so engrained that you struggle to distinguish them from real facts.

We then go through activities to reduce and replace the negative self-talk. Feeling more confident in yourself, can give you so much freedom, including the freedom to make bolder decisions and take more ‘risks’ which could turn your business around.
